CouponBay is a coupon and promo code aggregator. We collect and present deals from third-party retailers. We do not sell goods directly, do not process payments, and do not guarantee that any coupon, discount, or promotion will work at checkout. Coupon validity, expiration, and terms are set by each merchant and can change without notice.

Affiliate Links

Many outbound links on CouponBay are affiliate links. When you click one and complete a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or our affiliate network (Skimlinks and others). This does not affect the price you pay. User Conduct

You agree to use CouponBay only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, mirror, or copy substantial portions of the site without permission;

Our voting system is community-driven. Submitting votes that misrepresent whether a coupon worked may result in your traffic being filtered or blocked.

Intellectual Property

Site layout, original copy, brand voice, and aggregated curation are the property of CouponBay. Retailer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification under nominative fair use. Coupon codes are factual data and are not claimed as our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

CouponBay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CouponBay and its operators disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to: failed coupon redemptions, retailer order issues, missed discounts, or downtime. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the site. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
